Here are the Ingredients that you need to make the Vegetarian Nut Loaf; 2 large onions, finely chopped
70 g chopped fresh mushrooms
35 g finely chopped green pepper
30 g butter
330 g grated carrots
180 g chopped celery
5 eggs, beaten
60 g chopped walnuts
35 g unsalted sunflower kernels
3 g salt
0.7 g dried basil
0.8 g dried oregano
0.5 g pepper
175 g soft whole wheat bread crumbs
Here are the instructions on how to make the Vegetarian Nut Loaf; 1. In a nonstick frying pan, saute onions, mushrooms and green pepper in butter until tender. In a bowl, combine the mushroom mixture, carrots, celery, eggs, walnut, sunflower kernels, salt, basil, oregano and pepper. Stir in bread crumbs.
2. Coat a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray, then line with waxed paper. Transfer vegetable mixture to a prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour or until a meat thermometer reads 160 degrees F Let stand for 10 min before slicing.
